The one I remember the most is people touching my belly – hands off people!

  • My husband refused to feel the baby kicking. He hated it and said it freaked him out. I felt upset by that and I always remember with delight when i was pregnant with my third and I was at the local airport and met up with a male family friend who was a shuttle driver. We sat down for a chat and he sat with his hand on my belly and was getting so excited over the baby kicking. I loved it. I wasnt offended at all.

  • There’s so many more than 11 struggles during pregnancy, but these are probably the list of top ones. Belly touching is uncomfortable, personal space people!!!

  • I was sick for 9 months, so that’s my strongest memory. And the heartburn. Experiencing it for the first time in my life I had no idea what it was. And the peeing. All night. All I wanted was sleep, but how can you sleep when you need to pee every hour. Not being able to sleep on your back when I always sleep on my back. I became this big whale who flopped from one side to the next to get comfy. And that point after 32 odd weeks when you’re done. When you’re ready for the baby to just come out.

  • Last pregnancy only one person I didn’t know rubbed my belly, this pregnancy only people I’ve known have. How embarrassing if the woman wasn’t pregnant!

    • That would be embarrassing if a woman wasn’t pregnant lol. I have had people ask whether I am, after having a big lunch at work or bloating around that time. People feel so embarrassed after they ask, and you reply no.

  • I didn’t like ANYONE touching my belly when I was pregnant, the only person I didn’t mind was hubby, and with bub, 2 my son. You wouldn’t rub a fat person’ s belly, so don’t rub a pregnant woman’s!
