What Are Tim Tams?

So, first things first, if you live in Australia and unsure what a Tim Tam is, it is time to jump in the car drive down to Woolies and pick up a pack! Now for some quick history, the director of Arnotts, Ian Norris developed these biscuits after he tried a penguin biscuit whilst on a trip to England in 1958. He was keen to make something much better! And the name? That came from the Kentucky Derby winner in 1958, you could say it has been a winning combo.
