Anthony Minichiello is loving spending more time at home.

The former NRL superstar has shared a beautiful new photo of his wife Terry Biviano and daughter Azura enjoying a Sunday snooze, posting on Instagram:

Sunday arvo naps #mygirls #myloves #family #naptime@terrybiviano”

After a long and successful career, Minichiello retired from professional football last month, and was keen to include his 11-month-old daughter in his farewell celebrations, posting:

“Great moment walking my little girl around the field one last time #NRLGrandFinal #special #retirement”

In August, Minichiello was nominated for Sports Dad of the Year, and it looks like Azura couldn’t have been happier about it:

My little girl…happy with her pic. Excited to be nominated for Phillips Sports Dad of the Year vote at sportsdads.com.au closing Tuesday. Thanks for the support! #Phillips #SportsDadoftheyear #fathersday@terrybiviano”

For the former Rooster’s player, family is the most important part of life, with the star posting:

Even though it was a tough loss last night it’s always great to have my girls beside me supporting me to celebrate my #300 #familylove #support #memories #special #notdoneyet @terrybiviano”

  • Sundays are family focused; pancakes cooked by daddy for breakfast, then a drive in the country somewhere new, a picnic by the river, simple things but treasured moments, nonetheless
