An easy birthday decoration.

Material

  • 30th ballons 1
  • Different coloured ballons How ever many you want

Method

  1. Blow up the main balloons (30th balloons for me) and cut the string for the area that you want to use. Put the balloons in the middle and use the tape to secure them there.
  2. Blow up the other balloons to different sizes and put them in random places securing with the tape again.

Notes

I also used some tape to secure the string to the window to create a fuller effect with the balloons.
