A quick and easy Christmas Wreath.

  • 12 Spools is Ribbon (3 of each colour)
  • 1 Metal Ring
  • 1 Pair of Scissors

  1. Cut and measure ribbon to desired length (it needs to be long enough for you to tie a nice looking bow).
  2. Begin tieing the bows in your desired pattern.
  3. Use the scissors to tidy up the ribbon ends as you go.

Notes... You can purchase the metal ring from Spotlight. You could also try using thicker ribbons for a different look.

  • Definitely is a unique way to make a Christmas Wreath with ribbons and some help from your children would be a great way to spend some quality time together.

  • Looks amazing thanks for sharing your project

  • Looks grate, thank y. For sharing. How big is the metal ring?

  • Great craft project to do for Christmas. Thanks for sharing

  • Definitely a project to try with the kids this Christmas.

  • This is very cute!

  • Another cheaper option is to chop up shopping bags. They shred up and come in a variety of colours so they look a lot better then you think

  • That is so pretty. I’m gob smacked to see it’s so easy to make. Great creation

  • Beautiful wreath perfect for Christmas

  • What type of metal ring would you use. If young children are participating in this please make sure the scissors are not too or there might be other things you don’t want cut. It is surprising what some kids can cut with kid’s Crayola Scissors. I know a kid who cut up a thin piece of cardboard yet the adults couldn’t cut it.

  • I have seen this done from one of my children and it looks great and after seeing what it involves, it looks very doable with a variety of ages of children.

  • This looks like a project that I can get the kids to help with. Thank you for sharing.

  • oh I am going to try this for my front door wreath next christmas – thank you for a gorgeous looking handmade wreath :)

  • This is so cute! Never thought about something like this!

  • This was fun for my son to do, I actually just used a metal coat hanger and pulled it into a circle and left the hanging part so when it was finished we could hang it.

    • Love the idea of using a coat hanger – makes it so easy to hang once it is done. You could use a green or red plastic coated one for extra effect!
