My mum and I are craft nuts and we are making things all the time. Here is some cute birds we made a few christmas ago and they still get put on the christmas tree every year.

Material

  • 1 cardboard assorted colours
  • 1 small ribbon

Method

  1. You might need a paper curling tool you can buy from any craft shop for this one.
You make the body first by cutting a long piece of cardboard and shaping it in the the bird shape. The design you put in the middle is up to you make sure you fill the hole body up with your paper design this is what holds your bird together.
  2. Then twisting some paper over make his little tail and the fold a piece of black cardboard in half for his beak.. Make sure you use craft glue and glue your pieces in the position you like this will make your little bird strong and last years

Notes

I hope you like my paper birds :)
