Material

Empty Formula tins
Cups Of Pasta and Rice
Cellotape

Method

Clean inside formula tins, make sure they are dry.
Put rice in one tin and pasta in another tin and tape the lid shut.
Stock up on panadol because your kind will be shaking, banging and making as much noise as possible with these bad boys!!
