This is a fun project to brighten up the fridge with magnets that you don't want to look at but are handy to have around like calendar magnets your get in the mail that may be out of date.

Material

  • Old fridge magnets
  • Coloured cardboard
  • stickers, pom poms, googly eyes etc
  • PVA or glue stick

Method

  1. Cut your fridge magnet to the desired shape and size (if required)
  2. Glue your cardboard to the magnet
  3. Decorate however you want. Glue on pom poms, googly eyes or even stickers

Notes

I did an organise of my fridge and realised I had a lot of magnets that I no longer needed the contact for or it was a calendar out of date. Instead of getting rid of them my son and I decided to brighten up the fridge and recycle the old magnets. We had so much fun and I love how colourful and fun the fridge is now.
