This is a great project for leftover cotton. It doesn't take much at all and works up really quickly. You can embellish them wiyh flowers or buttons but I prefer not to as I remember how much my son used to love to chew on his dummy clips and I don't want the choking hazard.

Material

  • 1 Dummy clip
  • 1 Set snap buttons
  • crochet cotton Only a small amount

Method

  1. Using 3mm knitting needles cast on 10 stitches
  2. Work k2 p2 rib for 25cm
  3. Cast off.
  4. Sew in ends and sew clip to one end and attach snap buttons to the other
  5. Both the snap buttons (kit complete with pliers) and dummy clips are really cheap on ebay.
