There are no quick fixes with weight loss. A little more variety in his meal plan would help and definitely some more healthy carbs such as oats with breakfast and quinoa in his salads would be just as healthy.

Yeah I’d give it a try no harm in trying it for 10 days, and see it lasting more than that haha

It would be alright to kick start weight loss, doing for the 10 days. Though it would be difficult and require strong will power if you’re used to a greater variety and more calories.

Does he really get all that food for $8 from Aldi?!?! I’m impressed. Pretty sure I would get bored of this after a few days. Would be good if you had a social event coming up that you wanted to lose weight for. I could do it short term. Then no doubt the Weight would return with a normal diet

It looks and sounds tempting but yes just another fad. Your body will not cope well with this diet. you will gain weight once you stop. All these diets send your body into starve mode so it stores fat or turns good fats into bad fats I think. Not an expert of course.

Another diet that looks a lot like every other fad diet. This is not sustainable.

Could be great if you’re looking for quick results, but an overall healthy and balanced diet combined with exercise would be a much better option.

Sometimes getting some kilos off the scale quickly is a good way to spur you on to eating more healthily. I think if it’s for a short time it’s probably no worse than binge eating like some people do.

While this diet may be a quick fix in weight loss, it’s in no way the healthy way to lose weight. And usually when you lose weight on a crash diet like this, once you return to normal eating, the weight creeps back on again

No way would I do this – I’d try to see why I was gaining weight first and cut out the unhealthy foods I was eating first. Then I would eat responsibly.

I couldn’t eat the same thing every day. I’d get bored and start eating stupidly. I could do it every 2nd day.

Sounds boring to me. I think you need to eat a variety of foods to get adequate nutrition.

Wouldn’t be something that I would be interested in – too boring for my liking, but if it works and it’s only for a couple of days to kick start your weight lose journey, surely it can’t be that bad for you. All these “Health experts” are the ones that give the high sugar cereals etc the ticks and high ratings as they’re paid for by the companies
