I am dedicated and passionate mother to two incredible boys under 5, wife and Business Owner. I founded Baby Bistro in Melbourne in 2011 fuelled by my passion for healthy, wholesome food. Like so many mothers, I discovered I was about to endure the troubling experience of dealing with a fussy baby when the came time to introduce solids to my first son, Lucas. Not long into it, we ditched the Supermarket foods. I didn’t like feeding them to him – I was uncomfortable with the amount of numbers in the list of ingredients; some were practically only a plus or minus sign away from being mathematical equations! Determined to feed my beloved family with fresh ingredients as opposed to additives and chemicals, I set about designing a delicious menu with real ingredients for my fussy little first born. It was then that I realised I could do this as a business, and create a range of healthy, home-style meals to help other parents provide nutritious, tasty food for their babies – without all the hassle.
