One image that really caught our eye was from Line Sena – “Podalic” or “the photo of the little foot”

Translation from the image reads – “It was a delivery of baby in breech birth. Since the baby was cephalic until the day before. Water just broke, the woman went to take a bath, wash up, spent her hand and felt something, which was the foot of her daughter coming out. Imagine the surprise!

 And, unlike when it rises the head, the total dilation is not necessary for you to step out just a little foot so small. So I had the wonderful opportunity to do this photo and so many other just the little foot, until the labor arrived in expulsivo.

 I had the opportunity to see that, yes, born of normal delivery in breech birth is possible, when you’re held by a team capable, secure, who knows the right time not to act, and also to act in an efficient and effective way when necessary.”
