  • I certainly never let a 9 year old go to the playground alone and it won’t happen for quite awhile especially as there is 2 younger children who won’t be old enough for about 11 – 12 years by which time the eldest will have lost interest in the playground. At what age can I let our girl safely have some freedom in broad daylight in busy areas, not quiet??

  • What an awful thing to happen to this 9 year old boy ! Hope this gets caught.
Wonder if one of his parents were not there with him ?
I don’t like my kids going alone to the playground, always go with them.

  • It was a child’s playground…….don’t any parents supervise their kids in these places anymore?!?! I’m horrified that this can happen, if there were parents around, it wouldn’t have

  • Once again you would think that your children would be safe at a playground, but it shows that you always need to be vigilant in all public places!
