Wholesome Child aims to clear the confusion about what is best when it comes to your child’s eating habits. It’s a comprehensive guide for parents that will make meal-times far more enjoyable and nutritious for the whole family.

We are giving away 10 COPIES of Wholesome Child – the complete childhood nutrition guide, packed with gorgeous imagery, tips, meal plans and delicious recipes.

Overwhelmed by conflicting information about nutrition and confronted with tempting convenience and endless food marketing, it’s no wonder many parents are confused about what is best when it comes to their child’s eating habits.

Wholesome Child is paediatric nutritionist, Mandy Sacher’s first book and is all about making healthy food easy to prepare, fun and enjoyable for the whole family.

“If we can introduce children to a wide range of wholesome, fresh and nutritious food from a young age, it will set them up for a lifetime of healthy eating habits.

Drawing on her specialist knowledge, extensive professional practice and experience as a Mum to two small children, Mandy wrote Wholesome Child as a complete childhood nutrition guide that incorporates a simple 8-step family nutrition program and covers everything from dealing with fussy eaters, the psychology of eating, meal plans and over 140 nutrient dense and delicious recipes.

The recipes in Wholesome Child have been created with busy parents in mind, incorporating a diverse selection of nutritious foods in easy-to-cook recipes, ensuring even the most time-poor Mums and Dads can give their children positive healthy eating experiences right from the start”.

Wholesome Child is available in bookstores nationally along with online at www.wholesomechild.com.au and on iTunes.
