  • We have too many favourite health food products to mention here, but nuts and seeds are on the top list for us, together with raw chocolate powder, raw vanilla powder, mesquite, lucuma, and yacon syrup.

  • PUMPKIN SEEDS!!! They are a Great source of antioxidants, magnesium, zinc and fatty acids which I can use in every meal (sprinkled on toast, in salads, soups etc) or desserts I make!! (protein balls, healthy slices, muffins etc).

  • Pea Snaps…….healthy and nutritious…….and easy on the taste buds

  • Chia seeds, they have grown on me, at first when I tried them I spat them out and through out the pudding but I have since tried again and actually really like now.

  • Ive recently started a diet to try and become a healthier mother… Other then good old fashion fruit id have to say my favourite health food at the moment is Rice Cakes.

  • I love CACAO cashew nuts ,my healthy addiction ,guilt free snack

  • Fresh fruit from Gilberts

  • peanut butter cause i can have it for breakfast or in my cooking for that punch of goodness

  • Organic Psyllium Husk. Recommended to me by a dietitian when I had gut problems caused by anxiety. Sprinkle some on my morning natural muesli or porridge, also in my fruit smoothies. High in fibre, keeps me regular.

  • Yum! I love Pukka Tea, I love the smell and so does my yoga class! I’m also a girl who gets hangry and does well to carry snacks. I love all the healthy choices for snacks and ingredients for quick and easy breakfasts.
