  • Fruit, as it’s so good you can bake with it, eat it raw, cooked. The whole family loves eating fruits, so quick and easy to eat.

  • Yoghurt! Both my children and fussy eaters in different ways but they both enjoy eating yoghurt every day, it is the one healthy food that I can get them to eat that has nutritional benefits. There may be other foods that are better but I take it as a win if I can get them to eat something beneficial without resorting to bribery or forcing them.

  • Porridge can be used in so many ways and can cook many snacks and foods so it’s versitile

  • Gosh, so many… but really, at the end of the day it has to be good old coconut oil! What can’t that stuff do??!!

  • Veggie chips and fruit are a must have in my kitchen. They are easy and great tasting

  • Organic unrefined coconut oil, it’s so versatile, tasty and healthy! We use it in our coffee, frying eggs, sautéing veges, the list is endless!

  • I’m currently loving vegie chips. If I’m unable to make some fresh vegetables I make sure I have some vegie chips.

  • I love cauliflower rice it’s such a good low carb option for rice and is really tasty and versatile

  • I am loving kombucha at the moment. The fact you can easily make it yourself is fantastic and its ridiculous goodness facts are amazing.

  • I love Dried fruits and berries or Freeze dried fruits and berries.

  • Protein bars, they are so great for on the run and a much healthier alternative to junk food.

  • Fresh Fruit as it can be used in many ways Eg. Juiced, Barbecued, Lunch Boxes, Desserts and Salads it is all natural and full of Vitamins and Nutrients. You can just grab it and eat it no stress or cooking.

  • All natural food that’s not processed and its organic are my favourite. I love to cook from scratch so I’ll cook anything that I have and turn them into yummy food for my family.

  • Simple food that is naturally sourced and processed is what it is all about. Healthy happy food, happy healthy family!
