  • Hubby a beef casserole, ive tried one on the stovetop but its just not as good as a slow cooker!


  • One BIG lot of hungarian style beef goulash, with loads of smoked paprika and I might even hide a little Carolina Reaper chili in there as a surprise…


  • My famous “Pea and Ham Soup for Lazy Cooks.” I bag green split peas, rinsed. Chopped onion, 2 sliced stalks celery, 2 diced carrots, 2 litres vegetable stock. Chuck it all in the slow cooker for 4 hrs on high. Strip the meat from the bone, stir through soup. YUM!


  • Leg of lamb with greek seasoning, makes the whole house smell amazing and just melts off the bone!


  • A yummy veggie stew using up all the veggies and herbs from our garden ????
