Aussie Mangoes mean summer, the feeling of sunshine and the spray from the garden hose on your skin, kids laughing, the smell of barbeques, long light evenings serenaded by kookaburras and cicadas. The first bite of a mango that sends it’s sweet, sticky juice running down your face.

Mangoes are an icon, they’re full of emotion, wrapped in ritual and tied with memories. They are quick and easy to prepare, bursting with nutritional value and there are a range of varieties to be enjoyed all season long.

But best of all, mangoes are versatile; delicious as a healthy snack on their own, perfectly pared with chicken or prawn, light summer salads, thrown on the barbequecocktailssmoothies and sweet desserts.

So go on grab an Aussie Mango!

  • Grab a knife and slice and dice,
Eating them fresh is really nice.

  • Aussie mangos, on the beach,
In a towel to full the heat!
In a smoothy or a fruit salad,
There’s really no bad way to have it.

  • Fresh and messy, usually standing over the sink.

  • Mangoes are juicy, fibre-licious, tasty and sweet! Love the smoothness and chunkiness, complete with the natural burst of Vitamin C! I love Aussie mangoes for making our favourite summer SMOOTHIE and fresh SALSA, and who can ever deny a yummy PAVLOVA? Mangoes pack a punch in more ways than one!

  • My teenage son loves Mangoes so we always share. Love slicing them up especially on a hot summers day, so refreshing. I also enjoy them for breakfast mixed in to my yoghurt.

  • Freshly cut mangoes paired with greek style yoghurt, the sweetness of the mangoes balances the yoghurt to perfection and is the ultimate taste of summer for the whole family to enjoy. We are blessed in Australia to have fresh mangoes available to enjoy

  • Grandpa likes then sliced, Grandma likes them diced, Brother likes them in a drink, How do I like them? Let me think, I like them in a salad – I hope you like my little Ballard!

  • Mango and Macadamia ice-creams, prepared with all-Australian ingredients (if possible), are a family favourite. Made from mangoes, macadamia nuts, desiccated coconut, Manuka honey and double cream. Delicious when made in moulds and eaten off a stick!

  • standing up in the kitchen over the sink

  • Toasted Chicken, Mango, Cheese and Chilli sandwiches hit the spot for sure

  • Cut off the cheeks and slice each way, flip it out and just smash my face into it. Juice everywhere. Nothing beats the taste.

  • Sliced and diced mangoes are the best way to eat freshly ripened mangoes. Otherwise, blended with your favourite berries and stone fruits for a powerful and flavoursome juice drink.

  • Nothing like mangoes on a hot day!!! I like to put them in a salad or we sit outside & eat them whole! So good!!

  • My Mangoes are served simply chilled, lovely and refreshing on these hot summer days.

  • We are a straight up, no fuss Mango eating family – just cut and serve in delicious slices. We are however a very messy mango eating family and juicy chins, hands and clothes means we have enjoyed them even more. We all will need a swim in the ocean to clean up!!!
