This little girl just wanted to look like mummy and daddy!  But is it too far?

The little girl wanted to look just like her mum and dad, so they painted on an arm sleeve just like their own.

Some think it’s cute, while others are concerned it’s encouraging kids to get tattoos later in life.

Many are defending the parents saying…

“Wtf? They painted them on her. We have been using lick Em, stick ems since the year dot. We have face painting. Nice to see them with their child.”

“How is this different from the stick on tattoos in gum? Or wanting to wear makeup like mummy? Or face painting? It’s paint. It comes off. Tattoos are totally normal and should be a non issue these days. They obviously are educated about tattoos and will educate THEIR child when and if she decides she wants one.”

“I love this. My little ones will “tattoo” my legs with texta and my 5 year old is constantly drawing on himself. It washes off in a bath and is harmless.”

“Pretty sure my favorite thing as a child was the gum with the water tattoo’s.. and pretty sure I turned out semi reasonable.”

My favourite comment, “The only difference between a tattooed person & a non-tattooed person is that people with tattoos don’t judge others for not having any tattoos!”

The key message after all it is just a temporary tatoo and no life changing decisions have been made here!
