David Beckham has a brand new tattoo and it was designed by none other than his 4-year-old daughter Harper.

The 40-year-old took to Instagram to share a photo of his new inking, posting:

“Apparently Harper is allowed to scribble on Daddy”

The star also added another tattoo to his ever growing collection – the words “We love you Daddy” written in his sons’ handwriting.

“The boys expressing how they feel about Daddy”

The star has so many tattoos, that even wife Victoria has trouble remembering where they all are.

The mum-of-four appeared on Ellen earlier this year and played the game “Tats on Becks” but didn’t quite get all the answers right.

  • Oh, how cute is that? Not something I would have tattooed on myself mind you, but each to his own I guess

  • Neither my husband or I have tattoos. I don’t think I could handle the pain of having it done.

  • That’s adorable. Not so sure I would let my boys design a tat for me though. Who knows what I would end up with!!

  • None on either of us and we like it that way.

  • Well that’s not quite what I was expecting! Its beautiful to see David’s love for his children. No tats in this household yet, although hubby keeps hinting he wants a scroll with all the kids names and dates of birth on them.

  • I actually don’t like much tattoos. I never got one and I’m sure I never will! :-)

  • How cute! Not sure if i’d get a tattoo like this though, i’d probably get a design of bub’s made into a toy or frame it or create a fridge magnet

  • People like me without tatts are very much in the minority now.

  • I think this is such an amazing dedication of a parents love for their child!
Anyone can get a name tattooed but something as personal as a childs drawing is just incredible.
I don’t know that I personally could do it but hats off to David, he is an amazing father & this is just another way of him showing his love of his children.
