Cookie Cutter Sandwich Surprise

Uncle Tobys Lunchtime Hacks Cookie Cutter Sandwich

Say goodbye to boring sandwiches with the help of cookie cutters!  Make up sandwiches you know the kids love, then use a cookie cutter to make a shape inside the crusts. Keep the shape inside the crust like the pieces of a puzzle.

Pop into a sandwich container and imagine the happy, smiling faces as the kids discover a super cute shaped surprise at lunchtime!

Add an UNCLE TOBYS® Muesli Bar, a piece of fruit, cut up some veges and fill their drink bottle with water – lunch is a snap!

Sushi Sandwiches

With a little piece of ingenuity, even the simplest sandwich can be turned into a masterpiece!  We love sushi sandwiches – they are easy, versatile, and look great in the lunch box!

Gently roll out a piece of bread and remove the crusts, then fill with a combination of protein and salad filling and roll!  Cut in to 2 or 3 pieces lengthways, stand them on their side in the lunchbox and say goodbye – you won’t be seeing those come home!

For a wholesome snack, add an UNCLE TOBYS® Yoghurt & Strawberry Muesli Bar, and yoghurt in a re-usable tub – tell the kids to use the muesli bar as a spoon and you have a tasty serve of wholegrain and dairy.

Easy lunch hacks for the whole family.

When it comes to bars for the whole family, UNCLE TOBYS® have raised the bar with delicious ingredient combinations. We’re in love with delicious Raspberry and Goji, drizzled with white choc or the divine Mango, Vanilla & Chia. Look for the whole range – all made with the goodness of 100% Aussie Oats.

Simple Salad Jars

Uncle Tobys Lunchtime Hacks Salad Jars

Keep your salad fresh all day with this ingenious Salad Jar hack!  Start with the dressing on the bottom of the jar and layer in all your salad or vegetables plus some healthy carbs like corn kernels, quinoa or whole grain rice and a serve of lean protein on top.  Pop on the lid, seal it tightly and keep chilled. Come lunchtime simply invert the jar and the dressing will make its way all through the salad. YUM!

Stuffed Buns

Uncle Tobys Lunchtime Hacks Stuffed Buns

Forget a salad, forget a sandwich and go for a Stuffed Bun! Easy, fast and no mess – the filling is safely contained so you can confidently eat it on the run or wearing that new white top! All you need to do is cut a small hole in the top of a bun and pull out some of the bread. Mix this in with your favourite sandwich or salad mix and then stuff it all tightly back into the bun and pop the lid on. Wrap tightly and chill until lunchtime.

Do you have any other lunch hacks you’d like to share? Keeping lunches simple and nutritious takes ideas from everyone! We’d love to hear from you.
