  • Great advice – we have a drink of lemon tea with honey and lemon juice every day – can’t remember when last I had a cold. Do have the flu vaccination every year also as I look after a very ill person with COPD

    My youngest has Down syndrome and she always catches lots of infections. She just finished a 10day antibiotics course and I hear her already barking as a dog again :(

  • This a very interesting article. Unfortunately a lot of foods listed amongst those are not suitable for people who suffer from reflux especially GERD, stomach ulcers, heartburn especially during pregnancy, breastfeeding – it effects babies negatively, and some bowel diseases
