  • You poor thing, make sure your vitamin levels are up!

  • Try and get 10minutes. In them 10minutes close your eyes, relax and just clear your mind! It does worlds of wonders.

  • Hope this has been resolved for you. I also suffer from exhaustion!

  • I hope you manage to combat your exhaustion soon

  • get help from hubby or a close family member Once a week go for a walk or an outing by yourself
The trip would do you good

  • Ha I so need the answer to this question too!

  • Stop drinking coffee, drink water instead :) start your day with an apple, it’ll give you more energy than starting your day with caffeine. Its amazing what a good power nap can do. If I’m starting to feel really low on energy I get the kids occupied with an activity or put the tv on, lay down and close my eyes for 5-10 minutes, it seems to give me a fresh burst of energy.

  • Have a good cry! Or a good whinge to a good friend. And just rest and have a day off housework (sometimes it’s hard to tell even when you have done it all, messed up again in no time, so a day off won’t hurt anyone).

  • Make sure all your vitamins and minerals are up!!

  • Firstly, try to cut down/stop the caffine, as this will just make sleep harder when you have the time.
Try some gentle exercise. It will help you gain some energy as well as relaxing you.
Try some caffine alternatives, such as apples.

  • Get hubby/a friend/family member to take bub for a while so you can get some sleep. Please look after yourself!

  • Can hubby help out just for a little bit? Maybe see if he can let you sleep in or have a good sleep on a weekend if he is home?

  • Do you have family or friends who could watch bub for a couple of hours while you rest? You need to look after yourself.

  • can you squeeze in a nap every now & then?

  • work on the non sleeping child 1st?

  • I think you need to get them to try typo blip urn off more energy or get them into a better sleeping habit

  • a daycare day once a week is good also you can catch up on rest then also

  • i would ask for help from a friend or someone that can come and help you out for a bit so you can have some sleep

  • look to family or close friends whom can come help you out hun, if its that bad then ask for help! Even if you have them come to your place so you can have the safety of having your child looked after in your own home for an hour or 2 just so you can catch up on some ZZZZ’s, after your nap take a shower you will feel 100 times better…its what im currently dealing with, i have a 21 month old and a newborn and i am struggling with the sleepless nights…multivitamin, plenty of water and fresh fruit n raw vegs have seem to help with a pick me up also after i get a lil nap here n there!

  • A good friend or family member to take your child for the night for you or even for a few hrs one afternoon so you can get a good sleep and recharge
