It’s Summer, it’s hot, the kids are coming home from school boiling and asking for a cool treat and this easy home made ice cream is the perfect healthy alternative to bought ice creams which are packed full of sugar.

It’s so easy, you could whip it up today in time for afternoon tea or dessert! All you need is 3 bananas and 3 cups of strawberries!

I’m off to make some for my kids for afternoon tea.

What is your kid’s favourite afternoon tea snack when it’s hot?

  • If the bananas are ripe I doubt you would need to add sugar unless the strawberries are very hard.
