  • Having plates of chopped up fruit in the fridge that kids can help themselves to is always a good idea.

  • I don’t have video to use. Taking them shopping for the fruit doesn’t always work. I know parents who do that. They only eat one or two pieces of what they asked for then don’t eat any more. One of them doesn’t eat the fruit she packs in her lunchbox herself. I’ve also noticed that some parents who make their children eat fruit instead of other snacks don’t eat much if any fruit themselves. They are not setting their children a good example. Other children eat all the fruit, then ask for more.

  • No problem to get my kids eating fruits, I actually have to work at eating less fruits and more veggies, to reach the ratio of 2 fruits and 5 veggies a day.
