I hope his family have found a way of telling the 2 year old about the tragic loss of his parents in very simple terms. Hopefully they had the opportunity to get advice and support in doing so.

Terrible and totally heartbreaking !
My heart goes out to the family and in specific to the son. There’s no easy way telling him his parents never come home again.

Stories like this absolutely break my heart, where innocent people just going about their daily life are so tragically killed at the hands of someone driving erratically. It was a makes me angry and I feel so much for this little child who now has no parents and has to live with that for the rest of his life So horrible

That poor family, the hurt will never end

What a tragedy. He’s very young and understanding the meaning of death is probably beyond his possibilities. Little one.

However they tell him, I doubt he’ll really understand.
