Yes! I’ve got it! After weeks of research, chatting to other mums and test driving prams with a tantruming toddler in tow, I’ve found the perfect one.

So many mums I talked to are besotted with their Bugaboo Donkey so this was already my front runner. But then I discovered that the Bugaboo Donkey3 has just been released with some fabulous new features….and I was sold!

Love The Flexibility

Being a parent is all about being flexible. You know what it’s like – baby is up the whole night and then falls asleep minutes before you want to leave the house. Well, I love that Bugaboo just gets that. Adding another bub to your family? No problem. The Bugaboo Donkey3 can easily be converted from Mono (single) to Duo (double) mode. And it’s seriously so easy – all it takes is three simple clicks. You can pop your newborn in the bassinet which sits side-by-side with the pram. And when your bub is bigger, both kids can sit comfortably next to each other so there’s no bickering about who gets to ride shotgun (they both do!).

Super Sun Shade

A badly designed sun visor on a pram can be an immediate deal-breaker for me. But the team behind Bugaboo Donkey3 has clearly put some thought into its refreshed sun canopy. I love that it easily extends to provide protection from the hot sun when you need it most. Plus it comes with a peek-a-boo window AND breezy panel to ensure good airflow.

Smooth Steering

And when it comes to steering and pushability (that’s probably not a real word but you know what I mean), the Bugaboo Donkey3 is sports-car smooth on the footpaths but handles more rugged terrain like a 4-wheel drive. The pram’s new wheels are 500g lighter than previously and made of puncture-proof foam, making pushing a cinch.

So Much Storage

I practically take everything bar the kitchen sink out with me whenever I leave the house with the kids. Tell me it’s not just me, but you just never know what you may need. Thank goodness the Bugaboo Donkey3 has got me covered. The side luggage basket of the Bugaboo Donkey3 can now be made even bigger and it has an integrated zip to close it up. Plus the bassinet has two extra storage pockets in the front which is great for stashing nappies or my phone. There’s even a massive XXL storage basket underneath for lots of extras.

At Least My Pram Looks Fashionable

The new Bugaboo Donkey3 is big on style. When my hair is all messed up and I’ve got splotches of banana puree on my shirt, at least my pram still makes me look (and feel) good. The new version of the Donkey has had an overall refreshed design, making it look even more premium and spiffy than ever.

It’s The Little Things That Make All The Difference

The top handlebar of the Bugaboo Donkey3 has had a makeover with new replaceable grips, in sturdier leather-look material.

While the Bugaboo Donkey 3 is big on style, comfort and space it’s actually much smaller than you think and it fits neatly through standard doorways and is even lighter thanks to the updated wheel design.

This, mums, is the pram that has it all. I can’t wait to hit the road with my new Bugaboo – it’ll make me feel like a supermum (even if I don’t feel like it all the time!).
