The reality star faced criticism just days before announcing her split from partner Tristan Thompson…
The Kardashians are known for being slightly unconventional when it comes to parenting their children, but Khloe Kardashian has faced criticism from her followers after her matte red manicure was labelled unsuitable for looking after her nine month old daughter True. Commenters on the post took issue with the length of Khloe’s nails saying that they could be a potential hazard when caring for a baby.
A Little Harsh
Many followers were curious as to how Khloe managed to change nappies with such long nails. “How do you change a nappy without gouging out some skin,” asked one commenter. “How on earth can you look after a baby with nails that long and hard?!” said another. Some went a step further, questioning Khloe’s personal hygiene. “I’ve always wondered…how in the world do you wipe your butt with such long nails!?” The reality star hit back at her critics, saying that she didn’t understand what all the fuss was about. “Trust me, I manage just fine,” she said.

Challenge After Challenge
Kardashian fans rushed to Khloe’s defence pointing out that her lifestyle means she would have help when it comes to looking after True. “Just because you don’t know how to handle long nails doesn’t mean everyone else can’t!” said one angry fan. “She doesn’t change diapers, they have people for that,” another added.
Khloe is unlikely to be giving much thought to criticism about her manicure, ending her two and a half year relationship with NBA star Tristan Thompson in the wake of a cheating scandal. Despite it all, Khloe appears determined to keep things as normal as possible for her daughter. “She’s all about True, about being a good mum,” a source told E! News.
We feel really sorry for Khloe – being a new mum is challenging at the best of times, but it can’t be easy to face constant scrutiny, especially at a vulnerable time like this.
