Knock knock jokes for kids are a wonderful way to spend a little family time together.

There’s nothing sweeter than seeing the kids laugh, giggle and roll around the floor as they all try to outdo each other telling knock knock jokes.  The thing we love about this list of knock knock jokes for kids is that they are HILARIOUS, suitable for kids of all ages and easily remembered.

The earliest knock knock jokes (at the time these were called “do you know” jokes) date back to about 1900.

Do you know Conrad?… Conrad who?… Conrad-ulations! LOL. These were all the rage for a while until they were replaced by knock knock jokes in the 1930s, when the format suddenly got hugely popular. Businesses held knock knock joke competitions. Entertainers wove them into everything, including music and dance numbers. Radio stations aired knock knock jokes constantly.

But since the first joke until now, knock knock jokes for kids have, by far, been the most popular.

So we thought we’d put together a list for you – print it out or bookmark this page so you can whip it out for the kids any time.

You’ll be amazed how a bunch of knock knock jokes for kids can pass the time!
