This article has motivated me … I think I will start doing sit ups (well try) when my little man has his day nap … and some squats and knee leg raises in the shower LOL …
Recently I’ve been feeling exhausted and down about my weight … so it’s time I do something about it.
You are right .. It’s never too late to make a change =)
I’ll even have a goal … and reward myself if and when I reach it.
