Halloween is just over a week away and Mariah Carey is busy getting her adorable twins ready for the festivities.

But it seems 4-year-old Monroe and Moroccan weren’t too impressed being dressed as lambs, with their very famous mum sharing this post on Instagram overnight:

“Me and dem #lambs”

While the costumes may not have been a hit, the threesome have been getting into the spirit of Halloween, visiting a pumpkin patch last week and carving their own creations at home:

Mariah is currently dating Australian billionaire James Packer and is busy shooting a Christmas inspired movie for the Hallmark Channel.

The singing superstar is also set to release a picture book to accompany her bestselling Christmas album All I Want for Christmas Is You.

  • So cute! I didn’t realise she had twins!!!
Very different names as well but I think it suits them.

  • My kids loved dressing up and decorating the house for halloween. It was a bit of fun and we loved having the kids come knocking for treats.

  • They are so cute. My kids love Halloween and we dress up at home but haven’t taken them trick or treating.

  • Gorgeous kids – she is blessed.

  • Our little one like the decorations more than visiting houses now that they understand stranger danger even though I never let them go alone. But we have had some “undesirables” wandering around the streets in groups the last couple of years.

  • Lovely photos but they do look a little bit staged.

  • wow they are beautiful children, and very lucky :) It’s nice to see a high profile celebrity doing real life things with their children – and you can see how happy the kids are that she is doing that.

  • My son’s now a teen so his interest in Halloween may change. When he was younger, he loved to dress up and visit family and a couple of neighbours. It was enough for him and very well supervised. I must admit, we enjoy seeing the kids come to the door and sharing treats with them.

  • I love Halloween and any excuse to dress up and have fun! The big kids and the little kids all love it! I do not care about where it originated…why does it matter? So many traditions have come from here there and everywhere and the origins have become blurred. It is one day/night to have a little fun and I eagerly await the knocks at the door and going around and knocking on doors too! :)
