Follow Michelle Bridges for a day, a week or a year and you’ll see that in everything she takes on, she means business.

Follow The Biggest Loser and you’ll see she means business; the business of changing people’s lives. Or take the 12WBT (the Michelle Bridges 12 Week Body Transformation) Challenge or read one of her numerous books and you’ll see that Michelle Bridges means business there too.

So whether it’s TV presenter, Fitness & Lifestyle Coach or Author, Michelle Bridges is our kinda girl.  Full tilt, go get em!

Which is no doubt why the The Entourage, creators of the Entrepreneurs Unconvention, lined Michelle Bridges up as one of their keynote speakers for the Australian circuit this year.

Some could be forgiven for thinking that with baby on board, hundreds of TV appearances still booked in, promos to be done for this season of The Biggest Loser … oh and her own personal training to be done, she may politely decline.

No way, not today. We loved that Michelle took on the challenge as she does with everything. And smashed it.

Her message to delegates was clear; and completely en pointe when it comes to her attitude to everything:

“Choose what you want out of life; what you want to do and where you want to be. Decide what action you need to take in order to get what you want and …

JFDI! Just frigging do it!

Her words rang clearly across Sydney Town Hall as she said that we are all writing our own story and that “we have the power to change it if we want to”.

The Entrepreneurs Unconvention attendees applauded till their hands tingled and walked away inspired on many levels and ready to make a change! Awesome stuff #loveit.

But the work doesn’t end there. Up early the next day to saying on Instagram “Ok, down to business! … a girls gotta get her sweat on!”  With a nod to scaled back exercise to suit her and ‘the booboo’ she took her glamorous baby bump and proceeded to do 400 metre jogs, squats, push ups, step ups, incline rows, tricep dips and mobility & stretching.

Tired yet? Yeah and I’m not even pregnant!

Good on you #mishbridges – you’re an inspiration (even if you do make me feel more than a little inadequate) …

  • Good for her. The thing is she has lived this fitness life for years so her body knows no other way but someone who hasnt lived their life that way should not suddenly think that they can copy her now that they are pregnant. Slow and steady.

  • She is an inspiring woman go her…. I was to busy trying not to throw up every 30 seconds in my pregnancy to manage much else.

  • I love Michelle Bridges and have followed her for many years. She has helped me lose baby weight, tone up and feel fitter and stronger. She is motivating and an awesome role model. So excited to hear she’s expecting!
