  • Avacado mousse, salad, dips, on the side of a meal an in a warm stir-fry

  • Add to salad
    Bake half avocado with egg
I think you can frezze it as well

  • put them is a smoothie for extra goodness or they can be made into chocolate mousse or added into some cake recipes. I have seen frozen avocado in packets at the shops, so am guessing you could chop them up after removing the skin, and then freeze chunks for later use.

  • I substitute the banana in Banana Loaf for Avocados and add some pistachios for crunch. It’s delicious warm and covered in butter

  • I was going to say I usually make my avo spread out more by mixing with ricotta and having on toast, but if you have a tray that’s probably not a problem for you haha. Google chocolate avocado cupcakes and you’ll find a million recipes that you can freeze. Good luck

  • jazz up avo on sourdough by adding smashed peas, salt, pepper and mint with the avo. Feta also goes great on it and then a poached egg.

  • I agree, avocado on toast or just avocado with dukkah on top is the best. Avocado halves with some of the flesh removed – filled with egg au gratin in the oven, salads with avocado, avocado chocolate mousse, avocado chocolate ice cream, pasta with avocado, spicy avocado wraps, guacamole with beans and spicy mango salsa, spicy chili’s with beans and avocado, avocado in smoothies (like strawberry & avocado or whatever combi you like), the possibilities are endless !

  • Use in salads, soups, sushi, smoothies; or substitute for regular potato fries. (They can either be deep fried or, better yet, baked for a healthier version. You can enjoy your avocado fries with different dipping sauces, such as ketchup, mustard, aioli, or ranch.)

  • Avocado is perfect for making dip!

  • I got a Pane di Casa loaf from Woolworths bakery section, cut 2 slices and toasted them. I then spread half a ripe avocado over it and it’s delicious. I have also done the same thing and put a poached egg on top of each slice. Yummy and beats paying $15-$18 at a restaurant or coffee shop.

  • Have you tried avocado chocolate ice cream? It’s quite nice, although different from plain, shop bought chocolate ice cream. It takes a little flavour adjustment, but is healthier and quite nice

  • If you are not sure what to do with them, you can always peel them, mash them with some lemon juice, and freeze them in small portions.
I love avocado on my bread, I love guacamole, I add avocados to my salad… You could also make a “pesto sauce” using avocados instead of basil.

  • I love avo on toast , mexican meals with guacamole, avo dip, i did see a recipe for avocado bread

  • A search in the recipe section on this site will produce yummy avocado recipes. :)
