Cut the avo in half and then mix together can of Tuna in springwater, finely diced red onion, celery and tomato, mayo, parsley chopped, seeded mustard (optional) and salt and pepper to taste. Put the tuna mix in the hole and on top of the avo and serve. Looks great, low carbs and tastes great….
Avocado chips.
Slice into wedges.
Coat them with flour, egg and bread crumbs (the same way you would a schnitzel)
Bake in oven 10-15m 160degrees
Add a cream/ranch dressing to dip them in.
Or
Take out the seed, crack and egg in each, back under the grill. Top with chopped tomatoes, onion and bacon for a breakfast treat
