Find a good Chinese or Indian place close by. They do the yummiest meals, with lots of veggies, mostly low fat. And you usually get big portions fir reasonable prices. You can mix and match, get a couple of containers and share it out. Delicious
Sushi as long as you trust th place is fresh, salad stores or fresh sandwich places are good. Fish and chip stores usually will have an option to have grilled fish and salad instead of chips.
I think a steak sandwich is reasonable healthy as in it’s all whole food. Ask for no butter, no mayo.
Otherwise you can get gluten free pizza, just ask for reduced cheese.
Thanks for the link LEPUMPKINHEAD it’s helpful..and I do love subway, honey oat toasted with heaps of salad and roast chicken is my fav and it’s their pick on the link as well.
I love going to a place calle live at. They have a lot of salad options, wraps and rolls. I also get my juices from there. Subway is great also but it is high in sugar (the bread) I didn’t realise until I had to check my blood sugar levels for gd. Some pizza places offer salads and healthier alternatives. When my partner gets pizza I get salads.
