  • Cheese and biscuits, carrot sticks and dip, different shaped sandwiches, sushi, fried rice, home made muesli bars (lots of recipes on here)

  • how about small wraps? or veggie sandwiches

  • Fruit salad, a nice dip, some easy made slice or fruit muffins,

  • Soak some chickpeas overnight, then pat them dry and lay them on a baking sheet with some olive oil. Bake them in a hot oven for half and hour. It’s a perfect healthy snack. My daughter loves it.

  • When I was in school mum would sometimes pack cheese, kabana, carrot sticks, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and some water crackers. I loved it.

Also you could make up a veggie slice and have it ready to go
