  • Plenty of water and exercise, plenty of natural fiber in your diet (fruit, veggies, seeds), discontinue processed foods (like white bread and the like), add ground linseed & sesame seed to your breakfast, senna tea can be helpful too and when you’ve no result on that you could use a product like Osmolax

  • Use 2 to 3 drops of almond oil in a glass of milk its really works

  • Slippery elm tablets. Use cinnamon where you can. Drink lots, plenty of fruit.

  • Lots of pears, prunes and dates, lots of water. Add fiber to your food (the type you buy at the chemist)

  • Dried apricot were my best friend :)

  • Dried apricots and apples

  • Natural senna, worked for me..lots of water too.

  • A high fibre diet..lots of leafy greens.

  • Lots of water!

  • Taking inner health plus helped my gut heaps.

  • I hope it all worked out, I belive a natural fibre can help

  • I had to drink prune juice, and yes you do get used to the taste eventually

  • If you don’t mind the taste of dried fruit, Nulax works a treat as it’s all natural. But don’t eat more than a walnut-size piece of it, or you could be glued to the loo.

  • i guess you have had your baby now . how did you go ..

  • prune or pear juice works a treat
