I have no excuses for the house being messy. Our yard needs weeding and trimming badly, I’m being disorganised, joined the gym to lose weight and get motivated, I have 2 young kids, a job that I don’t have to be there all the time but yet my dinner planning is shocking. How can you get motivated and organised, what time is best to get up in the morning and get things going? I get up at 7.30am and go to bed around 9-10pm. I have been going to the gym 3/4 days a week but when I go to the gym, I feel that I’m unable to complete my day task. My weight is my major goal but I do have things that needs to be done. How can I squeeze everything in? How do you ladies make life a little easier?
