both my boys loved what they called their ‘Snack Platter’. It had a few rice crackers, cheese blocks, a few sultana’s and dried apricots and a fresh cut apple. Otherwise ham and cheese pastry scrolls are always a big hit, If you make your own tomato sauce (to spread on the base before the ham & cheese), you can hide some grated carrot and zucchini in there too, it cooks down so they don’t even know its there.
Sandwiches. Muffins are always good, make your own, they can be big or small…sweet or savoury. Fruit. Yoghurt. Toast. Home made soup. Dips with veggie sticks
