Disk hernia is painful, add to that your pregnancy I can only imagine how tough and painful it is for you. As most have suggested here physical therapy will help relieve some of the pain, sleeping on your side helps, wearing comfy shoes – I know it’s essential to lift things having your 2yo, but if possible please try to avoid lifting heavy things as it will only aggravate your condition. Very gentle low impact exercise can help too like yoga, in the pool.
