Try putting your hands in the centre of you back and gently pushing your hips forwards (arching back) as it helps so much with the pain as it gives the disc more blood and helps it to heal as i get buldge disc and my dr refered me to the hospital and you can see a physio for free there so ask you dr to refer you or ask you dr do a Enhanced primary care program which give you access to 5 allied services for free as it is covered by medicare – i am in the process or getting my back better so if you need any more info about excercises extra or you want more info just inbox me
