Hello!

I feel like I’m doing less than ever and constantly exhausted through this Covid19 situation.

  • Even now I feel totally burnt out from the whole covid situation and all the lockdowns. Tell me it gets better!

  • Yes alawys, the less I do the more tired I become. Being active gives energy :)

  • The less I do, the more exhausted I am ????
Trying to keep yourself busy at home for this long is hard!

  • I feel more busier than ever because everyone’s always home!

  • I went back to work and even 25% of the work I was doing made me feel so tired have we become lazy or all the stress is weighing on us

  • No, not exhausted from doing nothing as there’s always plenty of work to do around our place and many hobbies to keep us all busy. Have also been catching up on reading and have binge watched a lot of Netflix series. and caught up with some shows on iview. Thank goodness for all the technology we have at this time.

  • I was but then for the kids sake I started to be stricter with my routine. Putting them to bed at their usual school night time and having a little bit of time to myself at night helped a lot. I have also been doing lots of walking the dog with the kids and making it a special time

  • Yes 100% so unmotivated try and set a schedule for the day it helps

  • Yes ! My sleep is all over the place.

  • yes i am but turns out I have a lack of iron . I would suggest getting it checked .Since starting on iron tablets find I have a little more energy .

  • Yes this is totally normal just try to exercise during the day

  • Yes totally, although I’m not sleeping well either. I am really struggling trying to find any type of routine and although getting outside and exercise it good – its not on the scale I used to do.

  • Yep! It feels a bit like groundhog day some days. I find getting out for an exercise walk daily certainly helps – could be the fresh air or endorphins from the walk!

  • I felt the same, and still am to some extent – however, I’m trying to increase my physical activity because that actually seems to help with the tiredness.

  • As a stay at home Mum to a not yet sleeping through, fiery toddler, and a emotionally under developed preschooler, i can honestly say, that exhaustion is a daily staple. But I’m never not busy. My only down time is the time it takes me to get to sleep. I’m currently having a rare moment before I go to bed where both kids are asleep. But now think about it, I need to finish dinner clean up, pick up toys from the hallway, so I don’t trip in the middle of the night and then sleep. God I miss a good night sleep.
