No, not exhausted from doing nothing as there’s always plenty of work to do around our place and many hobbies to keep us all busy. Have also been catching up on reading and have binge watched a lot of Netflix series. and caught up with some shows on iview. Thank goodness for all the technology we have at this time.
I was but then for the kids sake I started to be stricter with my routine. Putting them to bed at their usual school night time and having a little bit of time to myself at night helped a lot. I have also been doing lots of walking the dog with the kids and making it a special time
Yes totally, although I’m not sleeping well either. I am really struggling trying to find any type of routine and although getting outside and exercise it good – its not on the scale I used to do.
Yep! It feels a bit like groundhog day some days. I find getting out for an exercise walk daily certainly helps – could be the fresh air or endorphins from the walk!
I felt the same, and still am to some extent – however, I’m trying to increase my physical activity because that actually seems to help with the tiredness.
As a stay at home Mum to a not yet sleeping through, fiery toddler, and a emotionally under developed preschooler, i can honestly say, that exhaustion is a daily staple. But I’m never not busy. My only down time is the time it takes me to get to sleep. I’m currently having a rare moment before I go to bed where both kids are asleep. But now think about it, I need to finish dinner clean up, pick up toys from the hallway, so I don’t trip in the middle of the night and then sleep. God I miss a good night sleep.
