First of all you need to remember you’re human & you need to take time out once in a while. You’re going to get sick & things are going to go wrong & it’s not anyones fault. These things just happen.
As far as boosting your confidence, you need to rejuvenate yourself.
Treat yourself to some luxury!
Take a weekend break away, go out for a meal, have a ladies day, get a manicure & pedicure & facial, go clothes shopping, go Mummy & bubby shopping.
Anything that is going to make you happier & boost your confidence.
