  • I was going to say exactly what MoM81879 said.

  • I was always told it was lack of calcium. Now I think it’s more damage to your nails, it will fix itself

  • I think they used to say it was a lack of calcium, but I’m not 100% sure. It could be an old wives myth. Google is brilliant fir this type of information

  • It can vary; sometimes diet; sometimes nail growth; sometimes damage; best to get checked with your GP if you are concerned.
