Hello!

Hi Mums,
I am feeling very anxious as my due date approaches.
I am worrying about how I will cope with the broken sleep.
It will be such a big change in routine.
I’m worried about how I will cope.
Would anyoone have any tips for me to get my bub in a good pattern of sleep when he or she arrives.

  • I agree it will come naturally and every baby is different you will learn what works for your own bub :)


  • don’t stress. it might not come naturally to some women but that is ok too. it is a big thing to go through so it takes a period of adjustment and learning for how to be a mum and how to take care of your baby.


  • Please don’t worry. I think most mums just find that they fall into motherhood quite naturally. Sure there are some bumps we all go through but I’m sure it will all work out :)
