My bub is 5 months old and eating solids. I am making all his foods at home but haven’t yet been out when he is due a feed at lunch time as I am unsure how to store his food. I have been freezing extra as I make them then defrosting them at home. How can I take this food out with me, and make sure it is at an ideal temperature?

  • you can buy the little containers at kmart and target. I would place them in a cooler lunch bag and put a ice brick in it also. As for warming food…you could take a flask with hot water in it and sit the food container in a cup with warm water from the flask to heat it up a little bit.

  • get a cool bag and put a cool block in there so take fruit puree etc with you
