  • We are debating this very topic at home at the moment.
When I was pregnant with my last daughter, we had picked Harlow or Neveah, but we ended up calling her Sahara.
At the moment we are now trying to decide between Delilah (I picked), or Luna (myhusbands favourite) or Deja. He also like Blair.
I like Eliza. And I want her middle name to be Darcy.
    Good luck!

  • This is an old post but I’ll add to it for others that may need inspiration like myself…

    Gertrude, Gwendoline, Gwendolyn

  • I have a huge list, but also am having trouble choosing. I can’t decide on which names to cut out. Good luck, its a hard task.

  • i love Kyla and Ivy

  • Names I like are Lilah, anna, Layla, Rosie, Sophia and Georgie.

  • Baby names are always difficult. Make sure the name you pick goes well with the surname and isn’t to similar to any other family members. I know a brother sister named Paul and Paula. I like the names, Scarlett, Jamie, Lydia and Josephine.

  • My last baby was to be called Saskia or Anoushka if born a girl – we ended up with a boy!

  • Elizabeth, skyla, Victoria, calyse or spelt kelis, myah, shakye (similar to makye). I went off the meaning which my kids names and put 3 letters of my name and 3 of the sister to creat one child’s name..shaneika. I love strong names. Would love to know what you choose :-)

  • Jasmin, Chelsea, Mia, Lily, Rachael, Ella, Maddy, Ruby, Beth,
    Chloe, Lisa, Louise, Zeva, Zoe,

  • I love the name Autumn

  • Whatever you pick, go with a name that will suit through their whole life – Poppy = cute when they’re little, but as a 25 year old they might not appreciate it.
Also, go with ‘normal’ spelling, otherwise they’ll spend their whole lives having to spell it out & that just gets annoying (& that’s from someone who has a fairly common name & still has to spell it out – Melissa, but I always get is that double ‘L’, double ‘S’ or both double).
Our current list is full of traditional but not old names – we’ll try to stick away from the number 1 – 4 names on any most popluar lists, otherwise they’ll be in a class as 5 others with the same name. In saying that, if our top names come out as most popular for this year, then we probably won’t change it.
We’re going to have a short list of 3 names for each sex & decide when he/she decides to join us!
    Good luck with your searching!

  • Also Amirah but I have boy
