Baby is 13 months old, but the last two nights has been struggling to sleep due to belly pain as far as I can tell. She Cries, kicks and squirms, and arches her back- looking for breast a lot and this often results in bites when she is fussing.
We haven’t changed her diet (or mine) so what can I do to ease her bellyache and get us all some sleep?

Ask your question
  • Is she still going to the toilet regularly? It could be constipation. Up her fibre and fluids and keep a close eye on her

  • What are her bowl movements like? She may be constipated. If it is wind, try to put her on her tummy and lift her bottom up which can help the wind move through her system more easily.

  • Is it a food intolerance? From something you are eating? Arching could simply just be wind or gas she needs to release! Otherwise seek to advice zxx
