  • No pulling and pushing anything after csec up to 6 months a good gap if want another child good posture while sitting or standing or in a bending position

  • I felt really lucky with my C scar as it was very low. Lots of airing it out when you can and making sure you are keeping it clean and dried properly after showering. Also I found getting some natural UV and sunlight really helped alot.

  • Once the incision was no longer “open” I began using pure vitamin e oil on mine. It’s really helped reduce the redness of mine & I believe it aids in skin rejuvenation. As far as internal healing is concerned, my best advice is too give it time. You can’t rush it. I made that mistake & have the hernia to show for it ????
